Thanks for sharing your thoughts. I started with couple of hours back with codeacademy.

Do you think jquery and angular can go hand in hand. I mean can I choose to implement the simple stuff(menus, navigation etc.) with jquery and the complex stuff(core of the app) with Angular?

I have developed most of my app in Jquery and Bootstratp. But now as I completing the product, I don't find jquery scalable enough to build all the features. I want to move to angularJS to set to proper foundation for development and speed up things. Are Jquery and AngularJS compatible. What are the do and don'ts. I have not learnt AnuglarJS yet.

Nodewebkit as it stands today is a like a spew of code without documentation or direction. I have no clear understand what it can do and what it was meant to do. All the tutes about it are so out dated, because the latest version of nodewebkit is like a village ravaged by a tornado. Open its gzip file and a spew of file will get sputtered and there is no documentation. It is written as if it was the purpose of your like and as if you will understand it when you see it as it was the purpose of your life in the first place. Totally shitty documentation.

Can it make an executable which i can distribute to others as a standalone app?
In a manner that the end users just have to double click the executable and the app runs. No need to install anything or any other ceremony. I think this is the whole purpose of Nodewebkit, but no one explains how this can be done. Not even the creators of node webkit.

Please help. I have spent a lot of time with it without making any progress what so ever.

What should i do to make a double click and run app in nodewebkit, which does not require any installation or other bs from the end user.
