Delight as a differentiator—how to make your mobile app stand out
Functionality, reliability and usability are table stakes for mobile apps today. They are not going to make your app stand out when there are over 3 million apps in the Apple and Google App Store combined, and at least 2-3 high quality apps for every niche that you can think of. How then do you get your app noticed by tons of users and make it a viable business?
I had no idea about much of these..."delighters"! So are we now looking at delight as a bona-fide engagement driver as well? Would love to try and measure the kind of engagement levels it could drive.
